After leading radical pedagogical shifts within the Israeli Ministry of Education and serving as a key figure in innovation at MindCET, Segal now focuses her expertise on the professional development of educators and educational leadership in Jewish communities worldwide. Segal believes that the key to strengthening the identity and resilience of the next generation lies in the ability of educators to lead forward-thinking and relevant pedagogy. She equips Diaspora teachers with innovative tools and methodologies that enable them to transform Jewish heritage and values into a powerful engine for growth and success in the modern world.

Yael Golan brings to Engaje a unique expertise in leading organizational transformation and developing complex training frameworks. With extensive experience in the EdTech sector, Yael specializes in making educational and training materials accessible through innovative and effective methodologies. As a group facilitator through the arts and an educational clown, Yael integrates high-level professionalism in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) into Engaje’s core mission.
