We start by identifying the authentic pain of Jewish education today and we solve it with agile, scalable pedagogies that actually work in the classroom.

Our Commitment

At Engaje, we are committed to redefining Jewish education in the Diaspora. Our vision is to equip educators and community leadership with radical, innovative pedagogical tools that bridge deep heritage with 21st-century skills. We believe that the key to strengthening the identity and resilience of the next generation lies in building vibrant learning communities grounded in belonging, social-emotional learning, and a relevant connection to Jewish values.

The Engaje Edge

Strategic, High-Impact Duration

Our 4-month framework is engineered for maximum organizational impact without exhausting institutional resources. By combining an intensive bootcamp with ongoing strategic support, we ensure that deep change is integrated into the school’s DNA without disrupting its core operations.

The "Unification & Uniqueness" Ecosystem Model

We leverage the power of the collective. Your institutions benefit from shared learning with peers across the ecosystem, fostering a high-level professional community. Simultaneously, each school receives dedicated, one-on-one coaching to address its specific cultural and organizational needs.

Sustainable Capacity Building

We don't create dependency; we build internal leadership. From day one, our goal is to empower your institutions to become self-sustaining hubs of innovation. We equip your teams with the tools to continue evolving and scaling their practice long after our formal engagement ends.

The Outcome: An ecosystem of schools that doesn’t just adopt a new technique, but internalizes a new educational mindset. A transformation that lasts.

The People Behind the Mission

Engaje represents a unique synergy of radical pedagogical expertise, large-scale organizational transformation, and deep proficiency in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL).

Together, we bridge decades of leadership within the Israeli educational ecosystem and the EdTech sector with a profound understanding of Jewish educators in the Diaspora. Our approach integrates forward-thinking frameworks with the cultivation of personal resilience and belonging, empowering the next generation to lead with confidence, academic rigor, and pride.
